After much prayer, fasting and seeking the Lord, on March 9, 1999 God confirmed His leading to Elder Craig M. Coleman, Sr. to establish a church. We held our first Sunday Service on March 14, 1999 at the Hampton Inn Hotel in Crestwood, Illinois. Twenty-nine charter members and eight visitors were in attendance. God further confirmed the establishment of the church by His presence in the room that day with great signs. From inception, we saw miracles of salvation in every service. God was doing great things, and this was just the beginning!

The New Covenant Assembly of Peace Church is established for the purpose of advancing the Kingdom of God in the earth by providing families and communities with the necessary resources for empowerment against all spiritual, social, and economic decadence and depravity. New Covenant is the "church beyond walls".

That New Covenant Assembly of Peace evolves to become a church that is capable of assisting in every facet of human development within the Church, the community and the world.

Praying for us, home visits, phone calls, food, handling the repast to serve my family I mean the list goes on. Pastor went above and beyond being right there beside me as we made the arrangements.The love was truly shown from each and every person.
